What you can expect on your wedding day.

Hey there, bride-to-be! Just wanted to let you know that we're there to capture all the special moments of your big day, just like your photographer. We follow the same schedule you've already planned with them, so no need to worry about a thing. We'll be there to capture all the live-action and behind-the-scenes moments, mixing in some custom film shots along the way. And don't fret, we won't be in your face with a camera the whole time!

About an hour before the ceremony, we'll slip away to set up for the ceremony and make sure everything is good to go. Just a heads up, we kindly ask that you hold off on cutting the cake or making speeches until we're ready to capture those moments at the beginning of the reception. It may take us a bit to transition from the ceremony to the reception, but we'll make sure everything is set up just right.

During the reception, we'll be there to capture all the main events like the cake cutting, first dances, and bouquet toss. If there's anything special or out of the ordinary you want us to capture, just give us a heads-up. We love focusing on all the little details that make your wedding unique – from the train of your dress to the sparkle of your diamond, and everything in between. We want to make sure every thought and idea you've put into your wedding is beautifully captured, so you can cherish every moment for years to come. It's your special day, and we're here to make sure it's all captured perfectly!

Mainstreet Music

Just like picking the perfect soundtrack for a movie trailer, we're here to find the music that sets the tone for your special day. We know using popular songs can be pricey due to copyright issues – it can cost a whopping $1500.00 per song or even more! But not to worry, we've got you covered with our collection of affordable music curated for cinematic storytelling. So, we can do it, or you can do it, it’s up to you. Explore our vast library and find the perfect music for your wedding day!

Raw Footage

The raw footage isn't included in your wedding package price, but it is available to purchase separately. It might seem like a simple task to hand over raw footage, but it's a bit more involved than you might think. Let me break it down for you... A standard DVD holds 4.7Gb, but a whole wedding can take up to 400Gb, sometimes even more. That's equivalent to almost 65 DVDs! We don't burn raw footage onto DVDs though. Instead, we provide it on a hard drive that's formatted for either Windows or Mac. The raw footage isn't edited or combined into one clip; it's given to you clip by clip, just as it was recorded. Please note that project files, music, graphics, and any other additional media are not included.

Can I use one cinematographer rather than two?

While we can definitely work with just one cinematographer, we highly recommend having two on board. With two cinematographers, you'll get multiple camera angles and a more thorough coverage of your pre-ceremony and reception. It's a great way to capture all the special moments from different perspectives!

How many ceremony cameras do I need?

When it comes to capturing your big day on film, you might not have considered how many cameras you'll need. We usually suggest having at least 2 cameras for the ceremony, but having 3 is even better. With 3 cameras, you'll get a wide shot of the whole ceremony, close-ups and medium shots of both the bride and groom. Trust me, one camera just can't catch all the special moments. Having multiple angles is key to creating a top-notch film. And hey, sometimes we'll even throw in a 4th camera as backup.

Can I share my video on social media?

Of course! Depending on the package you go for, you can expect a highlight video ranging from 3 to 8 minutes. With our Diamond Package, you not only get the highlight film but also a sneak peek within a week after your big day. We'll also showcase your highlight film on social media and provide you with a special "Wedding Teaser" link that you can easily share on any social platform.

How do I book my wedding day?

To secure your special day, we just need a $500 nonrefundable deposit along with a signed contract. Your deposit will be put towards the package you select. Ready to lock in your date? Let us know HERE, and we'll get the ball rolling. We'll send over the contract via email for your convenience.

When you receive it, simply print your name at the top of page 2, initial each page at the bottom, indicate your music preference on page 4, and sign the last page. If you would like to select your music - that link is HERE. Here's our playlist, but feel free to check out the full library and choose whatever suits your style best! You can either mail the physical copy and deposit or scan and send them digitally, along with the deposit via Venmo – whichever works best for you. Once we have everything, we'll sign our part, send you a digital copy, and voila – your wedding day is officially booked!

A week before your big day, we'll touch base to iron out any last-minute details and answer any questions you might have, typically during a 30-minute phone call. We'll also coordinate with your vendors if needed to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your final payment is due at least 90 days before your wedding day. You can mail it to our address at 26201 Hwy 72 E Ste. C Athens, AL 35613.
